The Beauty Through Decay and Time
Growing up in snowy Canada, winters would blanket and preserve dried flowers until spring returned, symbolizing how new beauty emerges through change and time. This idea is reflected in my childhood collection of snow globes, fragile enclosures that capture and hold memory. Both act as quiet forms of protection, freezing something delicate in time.

My collection explores the dynamic between preservation and fragility through garments that, like snow globes, encapsulate memory and identity. This concept is expressed through dried flowers brushed with resin and woven into fabric, as well as, silhouettes inspired by the structure of a snow globe.
